How To Request

Internal and External Communications

Constant Contact is an e-mail marketing tool that streamlines the communication approach for the Department of Radiology and provides a platform to manage departmental distribution list.

Please submit a Constant Contact Request by filling out the form below. All request will be reviewed within two business days. To ensure that we are distributing a quality piece that accurately represents the Department of Radiology, we require 5 business days between the date of Request and the Distribution Date. All Communication request are subject to review and approval by Radiology Administration.
