Moonlighting

For those just getting their MA Full Medical License and joining the moonlighting pool, below are a few things you need to do before you can start moonlighting.

Send the following to Sandi Palma:

  • Copy of MA full medical license application
  • Copy of MA full medical license wallet card
  • Copy of current ACLS certification (you must be up to date with ACLS to moonlight!)
  • Completed CRICO Extended Insurance form
  • Completed letter from the Program Director, signed by Glenn
